Interfaith Service Network Supports
The Interfaith Service Network (ISN) was called upon to support WFAA’s Santa's Helper Toy Drive this year. Almost 100 kids and leaders from various different religious groups, including Christian, Jewish, Muslim, and Sikhs joined together to help with this effort. The gift giving party complete with fun, food and activities took place Sunday, December 9th, at Feragne Villa in Hurst, a gift in and of itself donated by the owners. ISN leaders along with Memnosyne Foundation Executive Director, Phillip Collins, were featured on Good Morning Texas, Tuesday morning, December 18th.
The toys were given to kids who otherwise would not receive presents for Christmas.
The spirit of giving crosses all religious lines, and for that, many children will
be grateful to receive toys during the holiday season.
